Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator (part-time) would be responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and day-to-day operations.
You would serve as the point person for office coordinator duties, including but not limited to, maintenance, mailing, supplies, errands, and shopping. Schedule meetings and appointments as well as maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repair.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Proven experience in office management
- Familiarity with CRM and/or be able to learn a new platform
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong organization and planning skills
- High School degree
