Green Maids is looking for an Office Coordinator (part-time)  to join our team. 

The Office Coordinator would be responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures.  Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and day-to-day operations.

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including but not limited to, maintenance, mailing, supplies, errands, and shopping.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proven experience in office management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or be familiar and able to learn a new platform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • High School degree.
