Green Maids Gives Back

At Green Maids Cleaning, we have a heart as green as our cleaning solutions! We’re more than just a cleaning service; we’re a community-driven force for environmental good.

Our team’s passion for the planet shines through in every sweep and scrub we do. With beach cleanups and partnerships with local businesses, we’re making waves in sustainability. From sparkling countertops to litter-free shores, we’re on a mission to keep our world pristine. Join us in our eco-adventure, where every mop and broomstroke is a step toward a cleaner, greener tomorrow. Together, let’s make a difference, one clean home and beach at a time!

2025 Beach Cleanups

Every year Green Maids hosts beach cleanups in Southern Maine and on the Seacoast of New Hampshire to pick up trash on our beaches.

We welcome individuals, company groups, friends and family to join us for our cleanup events. Students – come and earn some community service hours!

Green Maids Eco Straws

We’re committed to reducing our plastics – one straw at a time! We’re on a mission to offset single-use plastic, and have partnered with a few local coffee shops to provide compostable, eco-friendly straws instead of plastic.

Huge thanks to these coffee shops for partnering with us on this initiative!

Bagel Caboose, 176 State Road, Kittery, ME
Kaffee Vonsolln, 79 Daniel Street, Portsmouth, NH
Bagel Bin, 30 Main Street, Topsfield, MA

Why does this matter?

Single-use plastic straws can take up to 200 years to break down. We’ve provided these coffee shops with StrawFish eco-straws, which break down in 12-18 months. We’re proud to help offset the use of plastics on the Seacoast!
