Team Leader Responsibilities Include:
- Daily team leadership, including assurance of company profitability and adherence to Green Maids’s policies
- Weekly supervision of supply inventory
- Trainee onboarding & mentorship
- Delivery of quality, efficient, and courteous service
Team Leader Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Minimum of one year experience as a Shift Leader or higher
